Well...Just got my yearly job review...not too bad....total rating score of 39, out of 55....Wow...still, rates as Very Good....not Outstanding...but, Very Good....came with a 2 1/2 % raise...Oh, my God...the beer is on me!!!! Whoo Hoooo....how the hell am I going to budget that dramatic increase...
Guess I should be grateful....I do have a job....it helps to pay the bills....but, after I told my office Manager what I thought, regarding her Point grading system for my review...I felt one particular area was unfairly graded...I got a 2, needs improvement...and what it was over was total B.S....I am steaming...you see, I am a Virgo..read up on em' if you don't know what we are like..I am a perfectionist....I am not too happy....
She went in the boss's office after she was done with me, after I told her what I thought....
Mmmmmmm...were they talking about me...what an ungrateful little Wench I am...or wether I will have a job tomorrow..after hearing what I had to say...
