After work, I am headed to the gym...for a Scandalous Girls Night!

I am really pumped...it seems like a lot of fun, hopefully, I can make a new friend or two...I am a little nervous, as I don't make friends that easily...and I don't want to feel like the odd chick out...you know, like in high school....so, I will done my work out clothes...I will go, and worse case scenario...I check it out, if it's not for me, then I bail and just do my regular work out....with all the birthday festivities and food eaten over the past few days...I am up two pounds...so, I need to burn off some calories...either way, I should leave the gym tonight with a feeling of accomplishment...and maybe, just maybe...a new way to better "strut my stuff"...
