Wow...What a long Wednesday....
Work day is over in 20 minutes...and I am headed to the gym. For the first time in over a week. Don't get me wrong, I have been getting my cardio in with outside runs...but my strength training as kind of fell by the way side. And...unfortunately, it shows...so, I am headed to the gym for a 6 mile run and to whittle my middle....
Wish me luck! It is going to kick my ass!
